melodyuymatiao those are great advices. the problem now is sticking to it. i guess people have the tendency to "forget" their medication and exercise when they didnt have the scare of their life as of yet.

melodyuymatiao it is easy to lower blood pressure as long as people have strong will. moderate exercise like walking and a change in lifestyle like less fats, alcohol and carbohydrates would be a big help. a dite low in salt is also very helpful in lowering ones blood...

melodyuymatiao i used them in making my own muesli. dry bake some whole rolled oats, add in wheat germ, dried figs, nuts and the dried cherries. a very healthy treat
