Mentalhealth56 There are some things you are doing which are really right! You are going out with your friends and you're reading the bible. You might try this: When I get really depressed I write down my thoughts and I keep track of all of the things I do during the day....

Mentalhealth56 I was born again many years ago and I continue to keep myself clean from the sins of the world through Jesus Christ and his atonement. He sweat great drops of blood in the Garden of Gethsemane and he shed his blood on the Hill of Calvary for all of our pains....

Mentalhealth56 I have the Bipolor Disorder and I have Bipolor Depression and I have felt depressed many times in my life. I have also gotten stable several times to the extent that I have felt calm, relaxed, and happy. I think your mind and heart will feel a calming affect....
