mepersoner Homework isn't really that great of an idea anyways. Sure, with parents like your friend it works fine, but for deadbeat parents the children have no help with the homework at home.

mepersoner Strange that you ask that because I saw a cop writing down my girlfriend's plates today while her car was sitting in the parking lot. I thought it was very odd, he didn't leave a ticket or anything either.
