Mevis11 You'd better eat banana before the meal. In this way you can ear less food, which is a good way to lose weight.I don't think that is bad to health, bananas also provide you with nutrition and calorie you need

Mevis11 For students who study in other country,I think a small party is a good way. When birthday or festival comes, you guys easily miss home, miss parents, feel lonely... But when you with some people , the mood will be better.
