Any tips for getting up in the mornings

Latley I can not get out of my bed in the mornings. I wake up to my clock but go back asleep again without meaning to. When I do get up I feel tired and dopey for about an hour before I get into gear. Any tips on helping me bounce...

mexkimo Not sure I have all the details but, Sleep it is the best thing to renew your energy. Do not stay up till 1 or 2 am whatching tv. Try working hard (physically) no one can stand when tired. Get to bed early. You may want to boost your self up with vitamin B6...
