Often times we find it sweet and inspiring if people around us compliment us for what we do. What do you do when people compliment you?

mhelroz Maybe it is a simplier example of "love begets love" which means if you know how to sincerely compliment others, you will be complimented too. I also agree with you that kindness indeed can be contagious. I wish it spread around the world.

Nowadays we find it hard to relax for a long time. Work has really dominated man's time. We keep on enslaving ourselves and exerting vast effort in everything that we do only to find out that there are still more waiting for us....

mhelroz Hi! what a nice way of doing away of stress. I haven't tried that but I think a warm shower and a sip of cold fruit juice would really be great.

mhelroz Yeah I agree with you. I'd rather befriend an ex of mine than have an enemy. What's important is we had a nice closure of our relationship.

mhelroz Thanks for that piece of advice. Actually that's what I have been doing already. Everytime I go to a dept store I try my best not to pass by any choclates section. with GOd's help it somehow helped me hahaha! Happy mylotting too!
