Michael Ola My consumption of food is based on how busy I am. During the weekdays my intake of foods is limited but the weekend, I consume all my weekdays' foods with the weekend altogether.

Many of us really think that music helps to keep calm our mind and concentrate on the task. In fact, most of the people will listen and enjoy the music most of the time. How about you guys?

Michael Ola Yes, I do listen to music and concentrate at the same time but doesn't help, there won't be full concentration. So I prefer doing one at a time. Concentrate on what im doing, then listen to music later.

I do love music like love songs and Godly songs. It is so much give you comfort and pleasures to your soul. I also love instrument like guitar but I couldn't played it well. So, I preferred to just listen the song.

Michael Ola Too much junk food for me. I just hope side effect doesn't start showing up now. As long as I do the basic exercise like press up and squatting am good to go.
