mindy13579 I have a friend who has a thyroid issue too. I am not sure too much about it, but I do know that after she talked to her doctor and started taking medication, he body was able to burn calories more efficiently.

mindy13579 I am scared of this happening to me! @Sir_bobby88 , does your intake match what you are burning or could you be over eating? I know that muscle is heavier than fat, but also muscle tends to burn more calories than fat which would equal a higher metabolism....
