Till when should parents have control over their children ?

parents should control their children only till they reach the age of 14 or 15. at the maximum, till the age of 17. After that, he/she should be allowed to take his or her own decision in every aspect of life.

mirajasmine I feel that, for a boy, parents should have control on them till the age of 15/17. For a girl, they should have control on them till she is married

what is the best way to relax when you are in depression ?

One should practice meditation, a lot. Meditation calms the mind and relieves tension. It gives a fresh feeling. Prevention is better than cure. so, we must all meditate everyday, whether or not we are in depression.
