allen0187 Good for you! Grats on the weight loss! Add more weight training and HIIT to your workouts. Also, look at your eating and drinking habits.

It probably wasn't good for me, but it sure did taste great! I t was my pay for all the driving and shopping. (Who am I kidding - that is simply what he wanted for dinner.) No one had to cook so I guess it's all great.

I moved to Michigan about 4 months ago from Philadelphia. Not only are the people here much nicer, but the weather is absolutely beautiful! The summer wasn't as brutal as Philly weather. Actually, it's a lot cooler here....
