i want a effective way to lose weight.

it seems that a little over weight happen to me on this winter.i want an effective way to lose weight except for sport.i hate sport..

MissThea watching what you eat...going to the gym..burn that fat..and do cardio...for at least 45 minutes every day...and you have a 45 min window to eat after working out..and divide your meals throughout the day..i did that for 6 months..and i lost 35 lbs.. =)

MissThea compared from last year...i am doing way better now...so yeah..i've been watching my budget...and i've been doing my checkbook every week now.
