missycra i think it is not good to say to other people.. they don't care what your problem is.. maybe they can understand your situation. that's how to show the relationship between you and your friend. if how loyal you are to them..

missycra same with me im always suffering head ace/ migraine. especially during office hours. i sleep on time.. maybe hyper hypertension and stress is also one of the reason why we felt like this.. take medicine maybe it can help..
