I was out of kidney beans so I used Chick peas. Recipe: Salad greens, onion, tomato, cucumber, Kidney beans (or chick peas drained/rinsed) shredded cheese, ham (not pictured), catalina dressing and frito's corn chips.

Its better to give kids milk and water but what is they dont drink it at all? Is softdrink or even water with karo syrup an option?

How can you mend a broken heart?

In life you get to win some and lose some and if the going gets tough you end up being broken hearted. Its a sad feeling i know, but how can you cope going on with life carrying a broken heart?
