I am on a vegetarian diet, but I hit a plateau. I have lost 35 lbs. in the last few months, but my weight loss has stopped. I have been eating the same way. I do more exercise, as I walk. Any ideas?

I boil mine up whole, empty almost all the water, I put seasonings on it with a bit of mayo. Some people crush the ramen before they cook it. How do you prepare yours?

I live in California, I pay $4.49 a gallon of gas. This is for regular unleaded and at the cheapest place in town. Cheveron is $4.58 a gallon for cheap stuff!! What is it where you live?
