monika71801 What are you doing to make yourself feel grumpie? (i.e. going to bed late, eating after a certain hour, sleep being broken, etc.) Maybe all of your mornings can be great by making a slight alteration in how you go to sleep. Mo'

monika71801 I am an early bird, but there are those few days that I just lay there. I don't want to get up out of the bed and do absolutely anything. But for the most part, I'm an early bird.

monika71801 I really think that also. The problem also comes into play because they both work in the same building. They don't see each other majority of the time but on those rare occasions in passing.

monika71801 I like the stretch idea....kind of a refresher prior to getting suited & booted. Interviews can be tense on the muscles but the stretching sounds like it would help with overcoming that stressful moment. Great post! Thanks!
