moonbeam94 It does help to keep moving ,it keeps the body running smoothly the way it should as you do tend to stiffen up when in the same spot for hours at a time. cheers.

moonbeam94 Good for you ,I have an excersise bike but need to get on it more then I do now ,But I'm thinking more about going back to bed after my morning work is done before going back to work in the after noon . cheers.

moonbeam94 Something like that sets the mood for a great day rather then a good day and everyone had fun.It's sad that people are afraid to talk to each other ,but I guess that is the way it is now a days.
