moonbeam94 I sdd eggs to potato salad,make curried egg sandwhiches,either plain or mixed with lettuce through the egg. Hard boiled egg in a mustard sauce for a main meal .If you go to a food website you can get lots more ideas. Happy cooking and a Happy Easter to you.
