greenline Sushi ceratianly is one of my favorite Japanese food. The other favorite is sashimi, the raw fish. I am sorry , I don't know how to prepare sushi though !

gunsgirl you can try two teaspoons of lemon juice and one teaspoon of garlic(in the jar) and two teaspoons of soy sauce . Marinate the chicken and then grill, place in salad and add purple onions on top. Yummy. Good Luck with your diet.
