mooshiVC That's what I thought of, too. I really don't know now, I'm reconsidering my views on reusing cooking oil.. I guess the best bet is to not use oil as much as possible! Thanks for your comment!

mooshiVC That sounds like a great idea (a really good way for oil not to go to waste) -- everybody knows the environment needs a lot of attention nowadays! I'll really try to kick the habit of keeping used cooking oil for future use. And you know what? Just thought of...

mooshiVC I did notice that when I reuse cooking oil, the taste isn't that 'fresh' anymore. I guess it's just me and my issue with not throwing anything away! Thanks for your response!

How tidy are your benches? Are they always clean and clear as much as possible? Do you clean up as you go when preparing meals or baking? I have very little bench space where I am now so there is always something lying around....
