mornings Hi Abbey. I'm also a migraine dude. No Medicines can put me at ease really when it attacks me. I've learned though how or what time it will attack me. It's not food for me which is the cause..its STRESS..NOT ENOUGH SLEEP..then add it up with a SMOKE...
