mrinali hey!!This depends..This depends lots of things. They cannot bans you by just IP address factor..because generally, domestic internet uses dynamic IP address which changes everytime you log-on or dial internet connection. Probably, your friend has been banned...

mrinali Indian bank charges you 8 rupees and paypal charges you 50 rupees for transferring the funds to a local indian bank..i also have account in indian bank and it usually takes 3 days to complete the transferring process. It nice to see when you update your IB...

mrinali Google mail is a wonderful mailing service i've ever seen.. It delivers your mail quickly and have a good spam protection system. Previously, i'm using rediffmail but sometimes it takes more then three days to receive an email..lol!! Gmail is the best.
