Does anybody know a good diet to follow if you have hypothyroidism? I started my medication a few weeks ago and continue to gain gain gain! I used to be 135lbs I am now 209!

ignore the advice their friends give them when it comes to their relationships? i mean only if the relationship is a bad and unhealthy one. friends genuinely care about you and they try to help you out but you just shut them out...

mrozpani Agreed. And for some reason most people I know are always inclined to do the opposite of what you think they should. Who knows why.. it's human nature I suppose.
