ms1981d I preferred DT as well, but now DT is down due to financial problem. MSD (DT supMod), Desisquad and some dt mods have started a new site called DesiHives. it's how DT should've been. you should check it out...best part the registartions are still open,...

ms1981d am not sure but it could be coz by cooking you change the structure of the vitamines and renders it useless...or that the vitamines goes out of the veg and are in the boiled water so if you eat the veg and pour out that water you lose the vitamins... am not...

ms1981d yup carrot juice... but also milk contains vit A... if you're looking for other vit A source...you have many solid food that contain vit A. - liver, eggs, red and orange fruits, green leafy vegetables (also carrots) :-) ~MSD~
