Maria Suzanne Harber I know that I stay dehydrated, I dont drink much and what I do drink has caffeine in it. You can get a headache from too little or too much sleep. The average adult takes in too little sleep around 4-6hrs of sleep and compensate by drinking coffee. Adults...
