murthee not at all buddy.. india is far better than other educational systems!! but only problem is exposure.. it is less in india, nobody knows the new courses available.. that may be the problem

murthee ya as far I have seen he is one of the best captain India has got.. A captain must encourage his players which he is doing very well..it has been proved by winning 9 matches consecutively which was not made by any other captain!
