I'm losing hair, is it because of dengue?

I had dengue first week of November, and it was a serious one. Thanks God I survived! But now my hair is falling. It's scary, when I wash my hair lots of them fall off. Is it an after-effect of the disease?

mwting Hi Jemina, Thanks for sharing your experiences with us. I am facning the same problem now after got dengue on May. My hair start falling since one month ago, and it still continuing, i feel very scary and helpless. Somemore i am getting marry on Nov,Only 4...
