my3angels yes, I've heard that breakfast is the most important meal. They say "eat breakfast like a king, luncheon like a queen and dinner like a pauper" our problem is that most of us do it in reverse then go to bed with a full stomach.

my3angels thanks! I'm determined to lose 25 pounds and keep it off. I've pretty much said good-bye to some favorite things but in the long run I think its worth it.

my3angels I use this remedy "stuff" and it works really well. I can't remember what its called but if there is not Walmart or Kmart near you try a petsmart or petco. They carry it as well.

my3angels reflecting on what you've written here I've come to think that perhaps life in prison, with no possibility of parole is a much better punishment. Perhaps its the parole system and not gun laws that needs the overhaul.
