mybabymomma It does help sometimes.. I used to do it alot, now when my husband and I fight I mainly just try to get the last word in and run out of the house to go on a walk.

mybabymomma I believe that money can bring relief when you're in a poor situation. You know the old saying "Money can't buy happiness", well.. it can't. But if you're in a dire situation, it can buy stability and ensure that you're secure.

mybabymomma When I'm really stressed out, I feel like I have a huge weight being pressed upon me so I will either scream into a pillow as long and hard as I can or leave the situation, take a walk and come back when I'm calm.

mybabymomma I think laughter is absolutely necessary! It makes you feel so much better about life and helps you to forget the things that are bothering you.. Plus I heard somewhere that it takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile.
