Is there any secret to be happy always? I have seen some people being happy always without any tension or problems. Whats their secret. I always wonder. I tries hard to be happy like them, but most times cannot due to work...

mykoala03 I have a really busy life and i never waste a moment thinking negitive .... My motto is theres a positive in every negitive... seriously consider it .. make your negitive go away with a positive it works:-)
