Do you know how to meditate?

I have to admit, I don't really know about meditation. Do you mylotters meditate? Is meditation all about thinking? I always think, so I don't know how to really, really clear my mind. Please advise how do you actually do...

my three-year old niece adores him! i initially hated him, and would always be irritated whenever one time plays on the radio but i gotta admit, baby's kinda catchy.

mylila No, I didn't see that but according to your statement, I'm sure he uses a lot, I mean a lot of hair sprays for his hair. Hahaha. Hair lover kid.

Does caffeine really trigger and heal migraines at the same time?

We are all aware that caffeine can trigger migraines. But we still drink it anyway. But so as I found out, that the main ingredients in some of the prescriptive drugs for migraines is Caffeine! That's where the name "Cafergot"...

mylila I used to be a milk coffee addict too but then, I realize the lack sleeplessness can cause migrain. So now I try to avoid milk coffee and only once in a while I would drink black coffee ONLY when I need to.

mylila Hi, sinus can cause headaches but usually it's not migraine. Experts call it sinus headache. I also have that once in a while. I'll have headache and I'll start to sneeze and my nose blocked, and my eyes become watery. The pain usually is spread out all over...

Do you dip your fries in ice cream?

I love french fries especially the thin strips of fries. I can't help myself but everytime I eat fries, I would dip them into ice-cream. Favourite flavour would be vanilla with chocolate sauce. It tastes a lot better than dipping...

mylila If you do want to try, I recommend you to dip them with vanilla and hot fudge ice cream. simply delicious!

mylila Yes. it tastes good isn't it? ketchup is to sour for me though. But besides ice-cream, I dip into any gravy or chillies as well.
