myrza_1011 it's the first time i've heard about thyroid antibodies. thyroid problems - from grave's disease, hypothyroidism, non-toxic nodular goiters... run in our family - so this idea on autoimmunity is quite interesting. can you share with us what change in diet did...

myrza_1011 i do believe that eating organically grown foods is good for one's health. however they are quite expensive compared to their inorganic counterparts. maybe one of the reasons is that organically growned foods are much hyped in this age where everything we eat...

myrza_1011 doing squats is one of the best exercises to tone your leg muscles. it is also easy to do and you can do it without going to the gym.
