MysticTomatoes Yah actually it does. Some laws are wrong. Some aren't. The fact is a CHILD shouldn't be allowed to travel alone in a BOAT in the middle of the ocean.

MysticTomatoes Endangerment? Child abuse? Neglect? A child at sixteen isn't an adult. They can't make adult decisions without first being emancipated from their parents. As far as I know, this kid was sill legally a minor. The best thing they could have done was said NO....
