Generally people can forget any day ,any time atleast once in a while. But they dont forget their birthday at any moment.May be that is theor favourite day or might be some other reason..... Did you see any person who forgets...

nandigamharika Good question....My favourite day is my birthday june 25th.....you might be right, some people do forget their birthday due to their busy schedules...that might come true in my near future...........
