nangel78 I can your point, but there are other options for payouts as described above. Also, it depends on when you can participate. I just take my time with it. Some days I can post, others I am too busy.

nangel78 I understand where you're coming from. I do not mind whining in small doses. It is when it gets to be a regular happening that it grows cumbersome. I usually keep my mouth shut, but sometimes it can get old.

nangel78 That was my main concern there. Since these are people's homes and one of the biggest investment people will ever make, it should be taken into account. I understand sometimes these things will not show up, but this is important.

nangel78 I would have to agree with you here. I think some people are mean because they have been hurt so much in life that they feel they need to inflict that pain on others. Sometimes I think it is a self esteem issue too.
