naughtyviks hey bro 1st thng i appreciate that u tryin 2 stop..its really gud...jus try not 2 reduce it day by day and if u stop it in 1 shot...u might lead 2 some prob...so try reducin it day by day..i dont knw much bcoz i havent tried
