winterose nope I do not give up food, I like it too much. But I am not Indian, I am north american. I don't diet. I tried years ago but they didn't work for me.

Heather Echola Giving somegthing up just tends to make you want it more. Eventually the weight all comes back. I thing that exercise, or movement is more of a key to healthy weight management.

jiaruiyang never,food is the people first need,as a people,feeding,fcuking,fighting,feeling are the four characters ,Animals like Apes only have the first,second,third characters,,so if we are hungry ,please eat until full,it doesn't matter for any question of loosing...

aisaellis22 Hello neha2k94u! When I am upset over something, all I want to do is just lay down and think about everything. I try to weigh now what happen. I actually don't want to do anything. I'm real lazy during those times.

rakesh284 Whenever I am upset I just try to remain alone. It is the best thing because when we are upset we are either sensitive or angry. We might burst out and cry or we can shout at someone in anger. These are overall things when someone is upset.
