I'm planning to take my exam early next year. I have heard a lot of examinees failed. Out of 100% who took the exam only 20% passed. SCARY! I have problem with my study habits, I can't tolerate 3 hrs. straight studying or reading....

because of the recession,almost all nurses are affected.it is getting hard to apply for work in the u.s. even if they have all the necessary requirements including NCLEX and IELTS and also work experience.
