nicregi From my experience, fast cashout is usually close to scam. Most of them are not worth your time. Usually slower cashout is my preferred choice to eb honest. There are many sites such as NeoBux etc which promotes instant (or close to instant) cash out....

nicregi Hands down will be Samsung Galaxy S 2. Insane speed and you can even tweak it. Damn I love that phone. So, yes have a look at it if that interested you. If not you could head for Blackberry 9900 and upcoming iphone 5.

nicregi Many of such websites are really scam. There aren't any pay first to signup thing works for smart users. If the website asked you to pay first, that is certainly scam.
