niggard_tere wow thanks thats a nice story of yours. Cant believe that there's actually true story of long distance relationships which continued and going up well. So do you have kids now? im wishing you all the best and your husband as well.

What are the best way to ease stress and tension?

Stress i hate it but it annoys me. Im having a problem on stress since i start to work and im looking for some remedies on how to feel good and push stress away.

niggard_tere im taking a multivitamins but not everyday it's because i forgot to drink sometimes in a single day. I think i have to take vitamins for the brain first before i take vitamins for my body right? lol.. but seriously thanks for the advice il put that in mind.
