Does staying awake late night becomes a habit if you practice it for few days?

For last few days I have been awake late at night. And now I find it difficult to sleep early at night.

nikafog Absoloutley, I am the same, my body clock is now set at me feeling sleepy at 1-2 am, UNLESS if I sit down and watch TV for an hour in the evening then I fall asleep.

nikafog I am a big fan of online games, I really enjoy them, but actually find them far too adictive and end up doing nooooo work, so try and keep clear of them
