Hi friends! Drink a glass of water before breakfast is good for our health. Water is absorbed quickly and stimulates drainage and clease the system. Do you always drink a glass of water before breakfast?

nilo_agpaoa i agree..i always do thats!i drink a lot of water before during and after eating my breakfast..because it really refreshens me and i cant eat and live without this . especially after exercising in the morning.GO WATER!

Which part you want to have a massage?

I would like to have a back massage. As it will release the pressure and it's so comfortable. Especially sometimes I have a backache. It will be very helpful for me to relax myself.

If i try to describe myself in one word, it could be... optimist... Everytime if i face a prob, even its really difficult and there's no way out, all comes to my mind only believe that its not the end of world! There will be one...
