tdemex Sorry adding memory won't improve speed, if anything it will slow it down! Why? Because it will have more space to look thru to find what you are looking for, hope that makes sense. But if you want to go faster, your computer, or I should say most computers...

neerajpandey_13 You should need to talk with them properly. After talking much to him you can get why he demotivated. Then you need to eliminate this cause for him.
