nj3mil Yes, as long as you are burning more calories than you are taking in then you would indeed lose weight, but as tasty as that sounds, eating nothing but maltesers every day would not be very good for you! There not exactly a good source of vitamins and...

nj3mil Best of luck to you. Instead of switching from soda to propel fitness water I would suggest drinking regular water because it has zero calories. And when it comes to loosing weight you can't beat zero! Ten calories in a bottle of propel may not seem like a...
