How can I stop on screen keyboard from appearing at start up?

I have tried msconfig but can't find it. I turned it on on purpose when I had a problem with my keyboard which is now fixed. Thanks for any suggestions.

noingwhat i7. If you really want THE newest and fastest, get the 2010 Intel i7 Extreme OC (overclocked).
