quit first? new job first?

Some people choose to quit first so they will have enough time for new jobs' interview and something else. But some other guys choose to quit after next job fixed. If you want to hunting a new job, which way is suitable for you?

nonpips I've always found a new role first before quitting my existing job. I've even had jobs with 6 month notice periods which I found most employers are willing to negotiate to something more reasonable - afterallthey don't want you wasting your time and their...
