i need to lose belly fat any exercise to do at home please and also how can i lose weight i already weight 70 kg i want to get to around a 30 40 that will be good any help will be helpfull thank you

norapova I lost about 17 pounds since I started to jogging half a year ago.I have been jogging about 20km every week.
