It isn't healthy to weigh so little. If you want to lose weight, that's fine, but please don't aim for 30 kg. A vague suggestion for weight is to weight 100 pounds at 5 feet, then add 5 pounds for every inch taller. So if you are 5'5", then you could aim for 120 lbs (54.5 kg).
First off, just know there is no such thing as "spot reduction". Losing belly fat means losing fat everywhere. You can't control where you lose fat.
To lose weight, you'll have to reduce your intake and eat healthy foods and do cardio exercises like running, jumping rope. Or you could do something low impact like walking.
Also, you might want to incorporate lifting weights. You don't want to lose fat and muscle, just fat.
If you have stairs in your house, a good exercise would be to go up and down the stairs, as if you're doing step aerobics. That is what I'm doing and I've lost some weight already.

Diet! =D
Just kidding... cold showers and eating chillies... helps abit, just gives you an edge.
Skipping will hopefully help, surprisingly tough I found.

My routine is jogging, push ups and squat trash. They are very easy to do. However when you start exercising make sure you do not overwork yourself, start at your own pace and when you feel comfortable increase the intensity. Do stretching before and after your activities.Good luck.

Maintaining a healthy diet and moderate exercise is the best way to achieve a healthy weight. You can find plenty of exercise routines on YouTube both for general weight loss and also for toning of specific areas. The best way to choose a healthy target weight is to figure the normal range body mass index for your height. Here is a website that has a good body mass calculator and other tips for healthy weight loss: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/
Good luck.

To reduce weight just exercise is not enough. Diet is also essential. Diet plus exercise will give you a good result. Exercise will reduce the gained weight but diet will help you to reduce further weight. Eat vegetables and fruits more when you are trying to reduce your weight.

amkiller - u are 70 kg and u want to reduce. why? what is your height. If ur height is 165 cm + then it is nice. If u are shorter and want to reduce even then u can reduce 5 to 6 kg and not more. Losing weight - exercise, eat healthy food, be happy.

Have a healthy diet and perform cardio exercises and circuit trainings. Drink more than 8 glasses of water per day to flush out the fats in the body.
