nurzailyn I like both ginger and garlic in my food. I use a lot of ginger during my confinement period. Though it's very heaty, it helps with the blood circulation. Also, it gets rid of excess air in the body.

Garlic has very special and also strong arome.It also can keep your blood presure and chlesterol low. I like to use it in kithcen a lot.Not only for healht reason, but to me you cannot go wrong with adding garlic to a meal.
