Do you get enough sleep at night?

I don't. Last night, I went to sleep about 3:30 am and got up at 6:30 am... The thing is that this is not unusual for me. I usually don't go to bed until after around 1:00 am and usually up around 5:30 - 6:00 am. I'm always tired...
