Oceanside Well,I am a bit fat.I think going on diets have bad effects to health. Everyday I eat breakfast,lunch and dinner regularly. Every morning I run about 1000m.I think it's a good way to keep fit.

I'm 5'9, 200 lbs I can still touch the rim. When I was 14 I was really skinny and i can hang on to the rim with both hands but I never tried dunking. Now I'm 19, bulky, and slow. Do you think I can still dunk? I recently sprained...

Oceanside Of course you can. Maybe you should control you weight properly. Walking will be a good choice. Your ankle will be OK. Remember you are still young.
